Is this for me?

If a health condition, an injury or pain is stopping you doing what you want, it probably is. An Accredited Exercise Physiologist assesses how you move, then prescribes safe exercise for your condition and supervises it with you.

Physio or Exercise Physiologist? A physio mostly treats the injury itself. We build the exercise program around your condition, and stay with you while you do it.

GLA:D for hip, knee or back osteoarthritis. Six weeks: 12 supervised sessions, three short education sessions, and an assessment at each end. $750 for the program.

Your first visit

45 minutes, one on one

We go through your health, what you'd like to get back to, and how you move today. You leave with a plan and your first exercises.

After that

Supervised sessions in the gym, the pool or at home, with regular reviews to adjust your program as you go.
